my DVD burner was pretty reliable but today something odd happened. I was copying Ant Bully and the process up until the actual burning was kist like it was before but when i did the burning,it took 22 minutes to burn. Usually it only takes 9. Is this a virus that might be causing that? or is it due to the Burner starting to give up? i have had this computer for over 2 1/2 years so i just wanted your opinion. Thanks.

ok
unfortuneately i didn;t realize i had "overwrite log" checked and i accidentally turned on decrypter and it overwrote the .txt i was going to send. anyway, can you tell me how to change the burning speed in Decrypter? maybe that is the problem.

never mind. i have it set for Max. anyway,i don;t know what the problem is. Seems like it'll play fine but when i keep the blank in the drive and turn on DVD Decrypter,i'll get an I/O error even though i burned it successfully. I think this burner is shot.Comment

Here's what it says on Write Mode in DVD Decrypter with a blank in the drive. maybe this will help.
