Yes, all those covers are printed. Some scanned from the originals and some custom covers made at Generetic Cover Forum.

I used to work for a video rental store and what they did was, say they got 50 copies in for a movie. they would keep 45 of the original covers so that they could sell them as pre-played movies after a certain period of time and throw away like 5 of them.

Generetics is worth every penny! There are scanned covers available and then there are custom ones. There are some very talented people there.

there used to be a site I used to buy custome covers from I cant for the life of me remember what the name of it was. They had some awesome artists there how ever they got shot down and I lost all the credits I had there.

How much do these here cost?

I buy the double dvd reg size cases. I like the reg size so I can label them and be able to see them when they are in the rack. They are on sale at Staples 10 for $4.99 but I think the sale ends tonight. It takes a little less room being able to put 2 in one case.

I like the quad cases that are still standard size 14mm, and custome make cases for four movies. That seems to save more space on the shelf and its nice for the moives with sequils.

i get the quads for about $25.00 per case of 50

I like keeping them in a thin case almost thick as a dvd to conserve shelf space heh im not done putting all the original case to thin cases yet.

A New Question!

I buy my blank DVDs out of town in spindles and in large quantities.

Should they be stored in the dark??

At what optimum temperature?? Is cold/freezing temperatures a factor??

Humidity is not a factor since they are shrinked wrapped?? But is humidity a factor??

I currently store my burnt DVDs in CD binders standing up on edge so the weight of the DVDs wont warp them. They hang in the binders and the binders are not "stuffed" so the case will not compress the DVDs. Is this Okay??

I am open to suggestions.
Gary D
