Hi guys.
This is probably a really stupid problem but I'll ask for your help anyway.
I have my PC upstairs with a DVD drive in it. I've bought all the cables to connect my PC to my TV downstairs so that I can watch DVDs on it. The problem I'm having is that when I switch to TV as my display device, my monitors goes off. I have to run downstairs to see what is on my TV and then run back upstairs to my PC. I'm using a TNT2 with tv-out card which only gives me 15 seconds to confirm my choice of display device before reverting back to the previous one. As I can't see my TV, I don't know where my mouse pointer is to confirm selection.
As I'm not as young as I used to be, this is causing me all sorts of problems.
Is there any way of displaying on two devices at once without using a second video card?
I'm using the latest NVidia drivers.
Thanks in advance.
