TV problems

Hi there, I just got my GForce4 Ti 4200 and with this card I am finally able to connect my computer to my TV.
So I did and it worked out ok.
I have one problem though, the image doesn´t fill the whole TV. There is a black frame around the entire image wich is kind of disturbing.
I've read that Gforce are crappy TV cards so maybe there's nothing I can do about it but if anyone has any solution I would be very greatful if U answered this post.
