    dvdx

    hi there im trying to use dvdx for a film i ripped but i cant get any sound i get an error message that says "sample not found or audio decoding error. it happens sometimes at beginning or end of movie. select continue will fill audio buffer with blank continue?" when i continue i get no sound in my film anyone any ideas? thanks in advance for any help

    Is there an option to ignore?? I think that i
    had the same message once and i could ignore it!!!
    The was nothing wrong with my movie after encoding!!

      yes tried that but still no sound i thought this forum was supposed to be good but no one seems to know anything about this not much good then is it?

          let me put it this way:

          experienced user aren't using dvdx.

          for svcd as output format: dvd2svcd is way better
          and for avi there are plenty of tools which work much better.

          gordianknot would be one of the tools i'd consider best.

            I used Dvdx in the begin when
            i just started dvd ripping, but now i know better!!
            We all have to learn!!
