divx5.reg error at end of Nimo install

I've been getting an error after installing Nimo50 having to do with "divx5.reg". I've searched all over the web to no avail. I had uninstalled Nimo because of some wierd clipping sounds when I played MP3s. Almost like a scratch sound...I thought it might be because of the "Morgan Multimedia Stream Switcher" so I uninstalled Nimo and reinstalled it without it. I was playing an MP3 while it was installing (maybe this was dumb?) and don't know if that had anything to do with it.

Even after installing Nimo with MMSS deselected, it was still showing up. At the end of the Nimo install I keep getting

Cannot import C:\Docume.....\temp\divx5.reg: Error opening the file. There may be a disk or file system error.

Any ideas what's going on? Help is greatly appreciated.
