How To Rip Just Audio

I am trying to find out how to rip just the Audio tracks from a DVD.
I have seen some posts on other sites about using Smart Ripper, but I am afraid I have never used it before and would like some point to a) point me to a guide or b) lay of the steps for me.

I am pretty much a newbie, so please be specific thanks!

I would like to rip to encompressed WAV so I can burn to an audio CD.
