Subtitles for downloaded DVD movies

Hi Everyone.

Intrepid Newbie here with a dumb question.

I downloaded a copy of MInority Report. Because I am deaf, I was told I could download a subtitle file to display the subtitles to the film.

I downloaded two kinds of subtitle files:

minority report en 1.srt
minority report en 2.srt

and

Minority_Report_Eng_(HI)_subtitles_PAL-25_fps_SubRip.srt

What am I supposed to do with these files now? I have tried putting them in the ame folder with the 2 movie parts; tried putting them in same folder with the Windows Media Player and the REal player. Nothing sees to work.

What am I doing wrong?

in BSPLayer for example you could press crtl + L AFTER loading your avi file.

ctrl + L will let you select the subtitle file
