    For the first pass (when you made the full length file, prior to your attempt to cut), you probably should have created a "plain vanilla" MPEG2 file rather than MPEG2-SuperVideo CD format - and then loaded that MPEG2 into "Merge&Cut" and THEN selected SVCD format.

    Let us know of your success ;>}

            press the "Setting" radio button.Click on the "System". Select "MPEG2 Program (VBR)" in the white mode box at top (rather than "MPEG2 Super Video CD (VBR)").

                In the folder Template there is a folder extra (at least in my version) and there you can select the "unlock.mcf"

                Now you will be able to select anything you want

                      Have you installed the MPEG2 (reader) VFAPI, available from the DVD Digest TMPGEnc download page?
