LOST to say it mildly........HELP?

Ok.....I am still running windows 98se. Yeah, yeah.....I Know...but being poor stinks.

Anyway, I downloaded TMPGEnc and now have a converted .avi to .mpg file.(supposedly .mped-1 file but is listed as a .mpg) in the folder.

The included ROXIO on windows media player 9 does NOT burn these to vcd.

I have a Yamaha CRW2100E on my pc.

What program can I get to BURN files to VCD? I am having problems finding a program that WILL RUN on windows 98.

NOT worried about dvd just yet.

Any opinions, links, suggestions.....all welcome for this newbie.
