Dvd's wont play in dvd player

Hi all, Im having trouble with my burnt movies not playing in any of my dvd players,& my mates. This is my second computer which is giving me the same problem as the last one, but using a different burner this time, In the early days on my other computer i had no trouble & then started to have this problem. Ive stopped putting labels on the disks but that didn't fix the problem, i thought it might have been the ms service packs so i havent put them on & still no fix.
My mate runs the same shrink setup software as me & doesn't have any prob's at all. Ive even tried reformatting my drive & fresh software but no fix,
Nearly all my movies will play in the computer ok, seams to be some sort of a problem with the lead in to the movie i guess, anyway im fairly frustrated with it all. Can anybody kindly shed some light on what might be wrong

What kind of media are you using and what speed are you burning?

not all media is compatable will all DVD players. Check your own's manual to see what media will be compatable with your player.

Post a burn log here so we can see what is going on.

its probably a case of some iffy media, or your player being incompatable do like p.a. said and check your owners manual... or if you dont have it, try and find a model number, https://<a href="http://forum.digita...of Burning</a> give that a quick read.
