is this your dvd burner if so ckeck to see if you have the lastest firmware i think your nero isnt the latest ver. also but that might not be the problem, just a newbe here.

I use Nero version 6.6.0.18 with no problem. Actually, have purposely not updated because newer Nero versions do not go auto from shrink to nero. Just my preference.
