    please would anybody help me!

I was doing all right with DVD shrink, even with the older version, ripping, shrinking, and burning with it without a problem, and all of a sudden... "a problem has ocurred..." I tried with different DVDs; deleting the program, and downloading the Shrink 3.2 version; DVD Ripper; Nero Burning Rom; surf the web looking for a clue! I recognize my ignorance in the subject. Here is the complete error log. Please would anybody help me? thank you, thank you!

Hi and welcome to the forum, carlosmolyneaux!

If I remember it right - the solution to the "Message file not found" problem - is to delete Nero with the Nero cleaning tool.

Centre de téléchargement Nero - Découvrez nos produits ! ✓Nero Platinum Suite ✓Nero Single Products ✓Nero Content Packs ✓Free Products ✓Free Tools ✓Windows Store Apps ► Plus d'infos ici

and then do a fresh install with the second latest version from this page
