I have used ConvertXtoDVD for many months to convert avi files to play on my standalone. Results have been excellent.
I have now ditched the stand alone in favour of a PS3, but some of the sound of my converted discs is choppy.
According to GSpot the original avi files have audio AC3 files that cause the problem, MPEG1 Layer 3 seem to convert and play ok.
I have spent all day trying to read articles and understand but I think I have confused myself.
Is their anything I can do to prevent the problem? Do I need to convert the sound on the avi first and if so is their a guide to help. Please point me in the right direction.
