What are your encoding procedures? And what is the original source of the video (and audio)? If you are creating (S)VCD and the source was not encoded with DivX codec in the first place (eg. DVD, MPEG, etc.), there is no need for you to compress it into DivX. Simply send the file into TMPGEnc, set up your settings (cropping, noise filtering, etc.) and start your encoding. Use TMPGEnc wizard to make an SVCD. It only makes things easier. The resulting file can then be burned into playable CDs.Comment

Take a look at http://www.vcdhelp.com if you want to know how to create perfect (S)VCDs using TMPEG.
