Just the Director's Commentary from a DVD

How do I decode and save just an audio file? My purpose is that I want the director's commentary ONLY so I can transcribe it using dictation software. It needs to be some kind of normal sound format (MP3?). So anyone know how get from there (DVD) to here (mp3)?
