Ok Im currently using the new tmpgenc that just released today (28th) and would like to know what would be the best way to get the best quality out of my vcd, here is a couple of the files information...
Divx file:
Resolution 512x376
Audio: 127kbps
video: 29fps, 114kbps data rate, 24bit samplerate, divx
-------------------------------------
Xvid file:
resolution 512x384
audio: 128kbps
video: 29fps, 111kbps, 24bit , xvid
Thats just a few example's of the files, These are video that have been recorded from tv, most being 21 - 22minutes long (about 140mb) each. And I want to get the best quality posible but fit the most on each disc(vcd or svcd), what are the best settings to be changed in tmpgenc for the best quality? Also some of the files are of different resolution and bitrate.
Please help, im going crazy trying to figure out all of these expert settings
