why?

why won't VirtualDub do a good deinterlace. I tried all the options and alll I get at the end is nothing but horizontal filled movie file. What do I need to do to make Virtualdub work. I tried different deinterlace programs for VD on the net but they also seem not to work.

would anyone just be kind and tell me how to deinterlace this movies with VirtualDub! I've been asking and no one wants to reply.

whats wrong with the answers that were given so far???

greedyhma works perfectly fine in vd via avisynth

moreover, you could use many vd-filters that do a good job

de-interlacing has been talked about many times - try the search function!

thx for the input!! i'll be going on vacation on wednesday, so i'm quite distracted. but i will try the 2nd pass again with greedyhma before i go.
