Sorry if I'm asking so many questions all at once, but I want good results.
Question: When objects in a DVD movie are moving and they leave behind lines, (i.e. - in LoTR - Let's say a character is running or makes sudden movements, and lines are observed) does enablind deinterlacing help in this case?
I don't think I checked any deinterlacing options in Gordian Knot 0.27.
Here are the options I can choose from the list:
Field Operations -
None
Seperate Fields (fast)
Field Deinterlace
Inverse Telecine
Which would be the best setting?
Oh, and another thing. When I was doing the DVD2AVI preview of the movie, in the Frame Type it said that it is Progressive, and, as I saw in a turorial, I'm not supposed to select any deinterlacing options. But to remove these lines, is it alright to enable one of the options above?
Thanks for any input, and I apologize for my frequent questions once again, as well as for this long one.
