DivX 5.0.3 & Encoders,HELP!!!!!!!

Hey Every1,
I really need some help,
1......which program is the best,and the fastest to encode,i mean,which 1 do you use????????
2.....I used DVDx & Flask Mpeg with divx 5.0.2,and it worked fine,now,since ive got 5.0.3,i can't encode a movie
-first i tried it with vidomi,and theres always this message that theres not enough virtual memory and that operation is cancelled*
-second i tried it with DVDx and the same thing happens*

*Both in 2-pass mode

When I did all this in onepass,i got bad aud/vid synch and movie characters,actors,however, were moving strange,i mean,a bad quality,and everything worked just fine with DivX 5.0.2!!???

now help me please,how do you encode your divx movies(2-pass),which software(or codec/Divx,XviD) do you use?
all of these guides are not really helping me!!!!!

There have been many postings here clearly stating that DivX v.5.03 is rife with problems...

Try returning to divx 5.02.
Anyway, i ta verzija radi stvarno dobre filmove u 2-pass modu. Ja sam pravio filmove sa 5.03 u 2-pass, ali ne znam ni jedan program koji to radi automatizovano. Koristio sam vdub i batch mode (dodavanje projekta na listu) ali to i nije bas automatski...
