How to get the exact size of 710MB for a DiVx

Hey guys on the other side of the screen,

I have question, I want to compress a dvd to a cd. I hope you guys know a program where I can put the file size to 710MB with best quality.

If I rip a DVD it's now for about 450MB or 816MB or whatever, but I want to set the size to 710 always.

Well if you can help me out with this problem I would be very happy

(Oh and if you haven't noticed I'm a newby at this ****!!)

create your video with either gk or DVX (calculated for 710mb) and compress the audio stream(s) later on - this way you will be able to get precisely what you want.

Don't u mean audio first and then proceed with video encode?
