Ok this is weird and is pissing me off. I demuxed an ogm file so that I could re-encode the credits separately in order to make it a little smaller to fit into a CD. After I'm done with the credits and try to join the movie with the reencoded credits virtualdub complains that they're different formats. When I check the file properties I see that it is recognized as a XVID file when I encoded it with DivX. Any ideas on how to fix this?

I was doing it wrong. Now I did get to change the FourCC and now I see it as a DivX file.
But for some reason Virtual Dub still says that they're different.
And the funny thing is that it was all encoded with VirtualDubMod and DivX Pro 5.0.5 so I can't figure this out.
Well if someone could tell me if there is a way to fit 704 MB in a 700 MB CD of .ogm through overburning or something without any problems then I'll be equally greatful. I appreciate your attention.Comment
