Is the audio now out of synch by 13 seconds, or are you just missing the first 13 seconds of audio, with the remainder IN synch?

the audio is late by 13 seconds like when i start the movie there is no audio until 13 seconds into the movie and the audio will play from the beginging. so the audio is off by 13 seconds throught out the movie.

i set interleaving at -13700 and the begining is ok but when i skip 1 hour into the movie the audio is less than one second late! but if i increased the interleaving to -14000 the begining is out of sync and theres no change to the end. no matter what i do the end never gets in sync when i changed the framerate so that the audio and video durations match still no change. so maybe i mite have to change the framerate manually.
