    It was a clip of Some Girl Named Tonya Paoni or something like that, (from some tv show) and it turned out to be WAY to huge, so I just got rid of it.

    But I still appreciate the things that I learned from the experience!

    And thanks for everyones help!

      i bet ya its becos of the resolution, divx requires width of 4x
      and height 2x

      i see ur source is 318x225, both height and width is not of the above multiples.

      crop ur move, or resize if u wanna use virtualdub or nandub to encode in divx.
      I had the same problem, and for future reference width and height should be multiple of 16. Doesnt matter the aspect ratio.
