i'm now downloading a movie, and previewed it wit avipreview, and the movie is presented 180° rotated and with a "mirror effect"
can fix it??

Maybe virtual dub can do it too or adobe premiere.

the main difference between ffdshow and virtualdub/premiere consists on the realtime aspect of the upside-down filter: you may need to process (reencode) the whole movie, generating quality loss.

sounds more like a codec problem. I had the same problem a while back, to fix it i uninstalled all codecs and then downloaded the Nemo Codec Pack and ffdshow, that sorted the problem for me..
