Converting .BIN to .AVI (Help Needed)

I was wondering if anyone knew how to convert .BIN to .AVI so I can create a movie file I downloaded onto VCD format.

I tried cue sheets and the rest but when I File, Burn Image on Nero it doesn't load the file as it comes up errors.

I checked the CUE sheet and it looks fine.

Anyone help me, preferrably type me a "Converting .BIN to .AVI For Dummies" post.
