"but when i encode it to Vcd it produced me No Audio"

What program did you use to convert the Xvid file to VCD? Most likely the AC3 file has become corrupt or has a bad header. If you already have the "Demuxed" AC3 audio track, use a utility called "Ac3Fix" to correct it.

sorry for not mentioning what im using to encode the file..

im using the TmpGenc 2.5 Plus... I set up the VFAPI plugin directshow to high priority but still it give me no audio....

In other way i tried to extract the Audio by using the Virdual Dub P4 but it did not allowed it as well...

Sorry for the ignorance but what is "Demuxed" . I have the K-Lite codec pack with a built in AC3 codec...do i have to install another codec? and where i can find utility tools called "Ac3Fix" to correct it. Does digital-digest has it?

        waiting.....

ok guys.... got the AC3Fix... i ran it but in the end it give me an error the it cant read the file and did not continue seems like the file is corrupt.....

No choice i load it to Nero 6 and let the Nero to encode it by itself.... To my suprise Nero encode it without problem but one..... The source file is not in Full Screen. I mean it has a margin on top and the bottom of the screen. a 3/4 margin at the top and the bottom of the screen... In TempGenc there is a way to make it in Full Screen where there will be no margin at both top and bottom on its output. Now, the question is, Is there any option in Nero that i can change to make the output in Full Screen without any margin in top and the bottom?

          Any suggestion...
