Exactly which codec did you delete, I see the Frohenhoffer but I do not see any other MP3 codec??

Found a solution, and did not need to delete or mess with MP3 codecs.....
I decided to go to Windows update, and updated my XP Pro with all the latest updates, including Media Player and MSN messenger.
Had to reboot after install, re-ran Flask with DMLavi output and everything else the same(Divx 4.12 and 128, 48,100Hz Stereo) and it worked like a champ.
I have no idea why but that seemed to solve the problem for me.
