ogg to xvid

Hi there i have a film which was encoded with the ogg stream

i have used virtualdubMOd and extracted the ogg audio out and used a audio converting utility to make into a mp3 file
The reason i have done this is because my standalone divx player plays the file but without any sound , what i want to do is recreat the file as a divx but with mp3 sound so my player will play it can anybody help me in a way how to do this

simply mux the new mp3 with your video stream

open the ogm, DISABLE the ogg audio stream and ADD the new mp3 instead

set video to DIRECT STREAM

afterwards save as avi
