help with ntsc to divx

hello everyone im pretty new to this stuff and my friend sent me a move in a winrar thing and all the packets were ntsc files or something. what program do i use these to open it up to make it a divx movie

NTSC is a video standard, not a file type. First, unpack the files with WinRar, then see what file extensions they have (e.g. MPG, DAT, AVI, etc.). That'll make it easier for some one to help you convert them.

k i did and the file type is unknown. its says like (type 003 file) (type 004 file) and so on.... when i unpack one from the folder it shows it being part of a bin but when they r all unpack i get those wierd files instead of normal war files or whatever else.

burn the bin-file with e.g. nero or any other burning tool
