I prefer Semi-Sweet Chocolate!
I actually do use Nero Vision Express to create DVDs of music videos I captured from VH1 via Windows Media Center. It can actually work with those .dvr-ms files, but I first use VideoReDo to edit them into seperate music videos, converted to standard mpeg files and then use Vision Express to merge them together, convert them into DVD format, add chapters, and add menus as well (I haven't gotten as far as creating animated menus yet).
And all in all, it does do a 'decent enough' job, so I can't dump on it too much, but I've used better conversion softwares.
