i created first pass .stats file with nadub and then i closed nadub wanting to finish the job later (second pass). today i realized that i can't open stats file in nadub so i can contiue with second pass. what am i doing wrong?

as long as your stats-file isnt corrupted, i dont see the problem.
so what exactly went wrong?
you cannot open/use the file or you DONT KNOW HOW to??

- open your avs or d2v file again (or did you go any other way?)
- ideally you should have saved the 'processing settings' of your first pass: LOAD them now
- if not, make sure to go for the very same settings (and dont forget to save the settings next time!)
- in SBC options => bitrate curve => encode using: select your stats file!
- now simply : SAVE AVIComment
