need help converting .wma files to .wav files

Hi can someone please tell me how I can convert a wma or cda file into a wav file. I tried to use tmpgne but it keeps giving me an error message. Saying it either can't read the file or it don't support the format. And it freezes half way when it manage to work.

it`s a good prog and you will get great results.
