    Vids:mp43 decompressor problem.

I've got an .avi bootleg of Run Ronnie Run. I get the swirl in place of video, but I get the audio fine. When check the properties, the video format says unknown, but when I check preview, it says vids:mp43 decompressor not found.

I tried installing the Mpeg-4 divx codec from this site by extracting the files to a temporary folder, and right clicking on the .ini file and selecting install. When I do that I get a popup box stating the following:

"The disk labeled MS MPEG-4 Video Codec install disk is now required. This disk is provided by your computer manufacturer."

I'm assuming this shouldn't be happening. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
