XviD - Trouble Viewing In Windows!

I just recently downloaded a movie (1.4GB) in two files and they are both XviD codec. I cannot play this movie. All I get is sound and picture that looks like a large color table. I have downloaded the XviD codec and the FourCC Changer and still the same problem! What can I do?!?

P.S. I will share this movie with the person that fixes my problem! It will be well worth it!

Load the file into virtualdub, select File->'File information'. And post everything it says.
