geforce tv-out fullscreen

hi, i currently have a geforce2mx card. anyways, i have gotten my gf2 tv-out to work fine and quality is acceptable however going fullscreen with the movie give mad interlacing problems. it looks good with the window maximized but the window borders annoy me and i couldn't get this border remover program to work right. i'm going to pick up a geforce4 ti4200 soon for 3d reasons but anyways what i was hoping to find out was if anyone had a good solution to this and if possibly it's something i don't need to worry about in the gf4... maybe they use a different tv-out chip or something i dunno. thanks!

thanks for the reply, actually i did try that too but it would often get stuck in tvmode and the hotkeys for jumping back to monitor mode wouldn't work. it still had borders tho from what i can remember.
