dvd to dvd-r no audio

I have been using smartripper, then spruce up, then neo dvd to burn dvds was working fine now spruce up won't pull the audio in is there something I could have done to stop it from working? I am doing the same exact thing with all the same settings . I already uninstalled and reinstalled both smartripper and spruce up .
can anyne help?

Are both m2v/ac3 the same name!?

rename them so they are the same file. Example if the movie is blade then you should rename them to blade.m2v and blade.ac3. This is very important, then spruce-up will load the Ac3 file after M2V
