Laggy playback and no playback...

Ok, i have installed Divx 5.0.2. And when i try to play my movies in Divx player 2.0 alpha it says that it cant open the file. And when i try to play it in BS Player it says "overlay Failed!" "Can't create DirectDraw surface!" And then i try Windows Media player, it can open the file but the movie will lagg when i use fulscreen and it's not watchable... I have never had this prob before... I have tried reinstallting the Divx Codec but didn't change anything....

Reinstall latest display drivers for your graphics card and reinstall DirectX8.
