WMA files, how to bypass Licence Protection?

Hello, I have been using DivX and Mp3 for a few years now and a freind of mine has been using the windows media player cd recorder ( WMA format ) because it's user freindlier than most mp3 ripping software ( he thinks). Now he has 3000 WMA files and has transfered them to him new computer and ditched his old one. Does Anyone no how to make them play on other machines than the one origianly ripped? If so please help.

    Thanx

i ripped about that many when i got my jukebox, before i found out i had the 'digital rights management' box ticked. I searched and asked for months, there is no way to remove the copyright, he needs to rip with DRM turned off, there's nothing he can do!
