the divx5 codec only file

I was wondering where I can find the codec only form for the divx5 codec. All of the newest divx5 codecs all come with the playa, which I personally do not like. I read from a post on doom9.net that someone used the codec only version of divx5 and didn't have to modify his registry in order to have divx 3.11 play divx3 content and divx5 play divx4 and divx5 contents.

Install the DivX 5.02 using a codec pack, such as Tsunami or Nimo. You can specify in the Advanced options, not to have The Playa installed.
