I've got the same problem here.

    Video stream

    Decompressor: DivX MPEG-4 3920 Low

    Audio Stream

    Sampling rate: 48000Hz
    Channels: 5 (Stereo)
    Sample percision: 0-bit
    Compression: Unknown (tag 2000)
    Preload skew: 28000 samples (0.58s)
    # of frames: 90333 (# of frames in video: 90343)
    Min/av/max/total frame size: 23/2335/28000 (206064k)

I've got the AC3 codec installed.

      Enchanter -

Once again, thanks for you help and following up!

I actually kept searching and found a great site with lots of great utilities, including an ac3 codec download, and auto register and everything. Just downloaded, unpacked with winrar, and clicked the ac3 codec, and... presto - I was up and running with full sound.

For anyone else looking, I found it at:

      Thanks again for following up....

Try reinstalling the AC3 codec and if necessary, try a different version.
