How Do Ya Play .wve files

What do you use to play movies with the extension .wve (specifically the videos that come with Janes WWII Fighters) I can play them from the game but no programs (Media player, Quicktime, etc. ) support this file. I searched the extension and they told me that .wve was a "Component of a DIVX Movie Conversion" I got Divx player 2.0 Alpha but that only plays Mpeg-4's and other stuff.
