SVCD VCD HELP! Green screens Scratchy sound

When I play any of the new vcds or svcds i have download I get a half green screen and the other half is scrambled and the sound is very scratchy. I know it is just some kind of codec or something I don't have installed. PLEASE HELP!!!

im not sure but maybe ffdshow will work for it on the computer. you can get it from the software section on this dite and in the filter section
