annoying error

Hello everyone here is the problem
When I play a avi/divx in winmedia player it says : Program cant start becuse vobsub.dll dosent exist. This problem can be solved by reinstall the program The same error message happend when playing in "simple divx player". I can play the movie but that is after I have clicked ok on the error notice maybe ten time(when I click OK the same error notice pops up again). I got very many futurama episode
In some episode windows media player uses a video codec called "subtitle mixer" And in some other episode it uses "Microsoft Mpeg4 V3"
I want windows media player to use divx4 but I dont know how do fix it
I have tried to reinstall everything

Reinstall vobsub or delete the registry key HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{083863F1-70DE-11d0-BD40-00A0C911CE86}\Instance\{93A22E7A-5091-45EF-BA61-6DA26156A5D0}

But make sure to make a backup of the registry key before deleting it.
