I have downloaded an episode of Monty Python's Flying Circus, the 17th out of 16th that I have downloaded so far, and this is the first one to give me problems. The problem is that the file in WMP 6.4 (I hate anything after 6.4) plays upside down and mirrored. Text is mirrored, and the picture is upside down. I can't figure out if it's a codec problem, though the file I downloaded was labeled as an MPEG, and is twice as large as the other episodes, it's encoded with DivX according to WMP's properties. And, it plays FINE under VirtualDub! I don't understand, I think it's a codec problem. Can anyone help me?
And if I get any smart-ass responses like "Turn your monitor upside down" I'll clear the court.
My System:
DFI CA61 ATX Motherboard
Intel Celeron (shut up, it works great) 600 @ 850
450 MB PC100 RAM
NVidia Geforce 2 MX 200 w/ 64 MB VRAM
ATI-TV Wonder
Soundblaster Live! Value
10/100 Network Card
Windows XP
Windows Media Player 6.4
Divx Codec 3.11 Alpha and the OpenDivx Codec
I have made DivX rips before, and do a lot of Video Editing, so I am frankly stumped here... lol
