    Annoying lag

I have what I believe to be a codec problem, with vertical lags whenever i watch a DivX movie.
I started having the problem when I installed the Nimo Codec pack (which is necessary to watch the movies I've got), and I haven't been able to get rid of it.
Perhaps there is other codecs I could use, or perhaps use more of them?
    I really have no idea.
    Plz help!

I am running WinXP on a Athlon 2100+ with a Hercules 9700 pro

"vertical lags whenever i watch a DivX movie"

Why don't you post a screen grab of an example, so that it may be more understandable?

Well... i tried. They just don't do very good in pictures. And at a closer look I also notices horisontal lagging too

It only happens when at a slow pan or big movements on the screen. (Perhaps it happens at small movements too, only I dont see them).

The vertical/horisontal lagging is like frames cover eachother a bit.
There is also "regular" lagging - just as if framerate lowers.

Thx for taking on my nutcase

Uninstall the NIMO codec "pack" - and just install the SPECIFIC items you NEED. Then reboot (cold)...
