Does anyone know if it is possible to reencode a syncd audio track to MP3 in VirtualDub without it "correcting" for the laziness of the Fraunhoffer team?
(ie 6000 instead of 5197)

Also, does anyone know where the Voxware codec came from? Did it come with MS Media Player, by chance?
