Subtitled Movies??

Hey...I downloaded Oceans Eleven with Swedish subtitles...not Vobsub...the movie was ripped with the subs....now the movie doesen't work as it should...The video Jumps and sometimes goes in Slowmotion??...all my other movies are working just fine so it's only the movies with subs i need help with....what can i do to make them play normal??
