Each image must be named from 0 onwards.
so, 0,1,2,3,etc.
Then just select frame rate and compression away you go.
Each image must have the same dimensions.
IrfanView does batch rename/resize operations.

File/open and select the first image (eg pic.0)
The following images will follow, assuming filename and dimenions are correct. Also remember to set framerate of your choice.

Thanks! That works great. Only bother is that I have to convert all pictures to bmp/targa and rename them, but it's not that hard, so so far I prefer this program.
IrfanView will rename & convert the images

Now how about a program that takes a video recorded at normal speed and speeds it up or slows it down to any speed I want?
VirtaulDub. Just select a higher/lower frame rate (Ctrl-R). Set video to direct stream copy and resave under a different filename.

Actually I want to keep the framerate, but make the video much faster to make timelapses.
