Microsoft Encoder 9

I'm trying to use de Microsoft Encoder version 9 to encode live video to Internet. I tried same Pinacle cards with no results, I know that using Osprey or Winnov Cards is an option but I'm trying to find something cheaper. Anyone know any lowend card that I could use for that ?
